This quarterly examines the buildings that have been restored within the city of Rutland. This was accomplished with the aid of the Historical Preservation Project of the Downtown Development Corporation. A few of the building mentioned that had been restored are the following; The Lawrence House, the K of C building, a rundown place that goes unnamed, and the Smith string of houses. These buildings were those that required the most restoration and periodic maintenance. The quarterly also included book notes from Underwood, Francis H. on The Colonial House Then and Now. Rutland: Charles E. Tuttle Co., 1977.
